中国人滑动直丝弓矫治器临床应用体会

Clinical experience from OPA - K. C straight wire appliances in malocclusions.

目的了解中国人滑动直丝弓矫治器临床应用特点。方法收集五年间使用中国人直丝弓矫治器治疗的各类病例62例，分析治疗过程，观察治疗结果。结果62例患者均取得满意疗效，治疗时间8～27月，平均16．2月。结论中国人滑动直丝弓矫治器是适合我国患者使用的一种个性化矫治器，可用于各类错颌畸形矫治。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of OPA - K. C sliding straight wire appliance. Methods Sixty two patients with malocclusion were treaded by the OPA - K. C sliding straight wire appliances were analyzed. Results Satisfactory results were obtained from all the patients, the time of orthodontic treatments were from 8 - 27 months （ Average 16. 2 months）. Conclusion The OPA - K. C sliding straight wire appliance have special technical features of characteristic treatment, and can be used to any kind of maloeclusions.
