椎体成形术结合鲑鱼降钙素和钙尔奇D治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩性骨折的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术结合鲑鱼降钙素和钙尔奇D综合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法30例新鲜骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者通过经皮椎体成形术将骨水泥注射到压缩椎体内,尽量恢复椎体的高度,术后每天肌注鲑鱼降钙素和口服钙尔奇D片,观察患者症状的缓解情况。结果所有患者的症状显著缓解,术后15d疼痛完全缓解20例、部分缓解10例,椎体高度没有进一步丢失,患者术后第2天即下床活动,无严重并发症发生。结论经皮椎体成形术手术安全、操作简单、可以减少患者的卧床时间,减少并发症的发生,结合鲑鱼降钙素和钙尔奇D的应用能有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折引起的疼痛,疗效满意。
