摘要
介绍了氧氯化锆稀碱液除杂后,用工业水玻璃补加SiO2组分,经蒸发浓缩和控制结晶条件,使五水偏硅酸钠结晶析出,经分离、干燥得到产品。产品质量达到HG/T2568—94的优级品标准;生产成本较常规原料生产工艺降低了25%;本工艺开发成功,避免了该部分稀碱液排放对环境的污染,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
The preparation of sodium metasilicate
pentahydrate from the dilute lye of zirconium oxychloride production is introduced.After
removing the impurifies from the dilute lye and adding the supplementary water glass,the
finished product sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is obtained through
evaperating,crytallizating,separating and drying.The quality of the product can meet the
superior grade of standard HG/T 2568-94,the manufature cost can decrease by 25%,compared
to the conventional process.This technology is not only avoid the pollution caused by the
discharge of dilute lye,but also a good economic and social benefit.
