摘要
用Ｘ射线衍射仪系统地剖析了金属熔剂产品，试验从粒度分布、水溶性、物相组成与含量等方面进行了综合分析，不仅避免了常规化学分析只能检测元素组成与含量的缺点，而且避免了只注重元素组成不重视样品粒度组成与分布的问题，从而保证了金属熔剂产品质量稳定。
The analytical method of metal flux
by x-ray diffractometer is studied.The size distribution,wate solubility,phase composition and
content of metal flux are analysed.This method can overcome the shortages of conventional
chemical analysis method,which can only determine the composition and content of the
product,so,it can guarantee the quality of product stable and the performance of product reliable.
