摘要 分别从lnk′n=A·n+B′和Ii=100n+lnt′R(i)-lnt′R(n)lnt′R(n+1)lnt′R(n)推导出利用色谱热力学函数计算保留指数(I)随柱温(T)变化的关系式Ii=a′+b′Tc′+T。实验证明:在一般气液色谱柱使用的温度范围内,不但可按该式准确地计算和预测各种物质在不同柱温下的保留指数,而且可利用该式中的常数a′b′c′判断各种物质保留指数随柱温的变化系数(I/T)的正负和求解Antoine型双曲函数式Ii=a+bc+T中的常数项a、b、c。 A formula has been derived for calculating the change of the retain index as a function of column temperature using the thermodynamic function. The experiment showed that it may not only accurately calculate and predict the retain indexes of a variety of substanses under different column temperature, but also judge the positive or negative of the coefficients of index change as column temperature change with constants in the formula and solve out the constants in the hyperbolic fuction of Antoine type.
