摘要
介绍了用羧甲基淀粉钠作为粘合剂制薄层色谱板的方法，确定羧甲基淀粉钠使用浓度的优惠值为１０％；并对制成的薄层色谱板的色谱性能进行了研究。
A method is introduced of preparing the thinlayer plate using carboxymethyl starch sodium as binder . The optimal concentration of carboxymethyl starch sodium was in 1.0%. The chromatographic characters of the plate were investigated.
