摘要 介绍浦东天然气长输管线西线段外加电流阴极保护系统的安装与调试.由调试获得的数据表明,浦东地区长94km,口径(?)500mm,外防腐蚀层选用PE夹克的埋地越野钢管,阴极保护采用外加电流的防腐蚀措施,其设计方案是合理的,安装是成功的.为今后上海地区长距离越野埋地钢管采用外加电流阴极保护方法提供了首例经验与资料. This article presents the installation and testing of an impressed current cathodic protection sys-ten for a long distance pipeline for the east China sea natural gas in Pudong zone in Shanghai. The various data obtained from the testing indicate that as a corrosion protection scheme for a long buried steel pipeline with a length of 94km and diameter of 500mm in Pudong zone in Shanghai, the application of a 'PE' layer as an external anti-corrosive layer combined with an impressed current cathodic protection system is proper.For the system, the design is reasonable and installation is successful, which provides a first plactical example and data for the use of an impressed current cathodic protection method for a long distance cross-county buried steel pipeline in Shanghai in the future.
