物流管理专业的传统人才培养模式主要是"理论+实践"的模式,这种培养模式较多地侧重基本理论、知识的学习,很难培养学生的创新能力。依据物流管理专业的人才培养目标,应选择创新型人才培养模式,即"理论+科研+实践+科研"的人才培养模式。
