56例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床综合护理研究

The study of comprehensive clinical nursing care of 56 patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的综合护理要点.方法 将笔者所在医院内科2009年1月～2009年9月收治的109例慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为2组,对照组53例仅给予常规治疗,实验组56例在对照组治疗措施的基础上再给予综合护理措施,并比较两组的差异.结果 实验组临床疗效优于对照组,两组间差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.与对照组相比,经综合护理后实验组患者的FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%、FVC%明显增加（P〈0.05）,PaO2明显增加,PaCO2明显降低（P〈0.05）.结论 对COPD患者给予心理、营养、长期氧疗、呼吸道护理、肺功能锻炼等护理措施能够改善COPD患者的肺功能,促进其尽快康复,延长患者寿命,明显改善其生活质量.

Objective To explore the main points of the comprehensive clinical nursing care of patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 109 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were in our hospital from Jan,2009 to Sep,2009 were randomly divided into 2 groups; the control group（53 cases） only received conventional therapy, while, the experimental group（56 cases） were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of conventional therapy. And we compared the difference between these two groups. Results The effect of of the comprehensive clinical nursing of the experimental group is better than that of the control group, the difference between these two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the FEV1% ,FEV1/FVC% and FVC%, as well as the PaO2 , of patients in the experimental group has increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; while, the PaCO2 of patients in the experimental group has decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive clinical nursing care of patients with CPOD, including psychological care,nutrition care,long- term oxygen therapy, respiratory nursing care, pulmonary function exercise, can improve their pulmonary function. These nursing measures above all can promote the recovery of the patients with COPD rapidly, prolong their lifetime and improve the quality of their life.
