镍基合金叶片的热腐蚀与防护 被引量:2

摘要 对已产生热腐蚀的镍基合金叶片进行失效分析.用金相、电子探针、扫描电镜、X-荧光等方法,确定腐蚀产物的形貌和组成,以及铝化物防护层的成分与相结构.证实热腐蚀试样的腐蚀产物形态和分布与实际失效叶片的相似性.在镍基合金表面施加铝、铝-硅、铝-铬防护层能有效地提高叶片的抗腐蚀能力. Failure anulysis of Ni-base alloy blades suffering hot corrosion was proceeded. With the methodsof optical metallography, EPMAMA,SEM, X-ray fluorescence and so on, the morphology and composition of hot corrosion products were determined. The results of hot corrosion tests indicated that the morphology and distribution of corrosion products on the spcimens were similar to those on failed turbine blades, and the coatings of Al,Al-Si, or Al-Cr on Ni-base alloy effectively increased resistance to hot corrosion.
