Enhance national capacity in the County Government is to make county government into a minority areas can work,will work,well it has done.To this end,we should start the following aspects：to increase the national local government staff,quality,and enhance national regional county government workers sense of responsibility and integrity awareness,and promote economic development in ethnic areas of County,to strengthen national government and the people in the County ties.
