摘要 在慢性肾脏病患者中,瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素和甲状旁腺功能亢进等多种因素在胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症的发生和发展中起重要作用。随着胰岛素抵抗的出现,肾功能即出现损害的趋势,表现为在胰岛素受体前水平、受体水平和受体后水平均存在胰岛素抵抗,使胰岛素分泌、利用和灭活等均表现异常。 Various factors such as leptin,adiponectin,resistin and hyperparathyroidism play an important role in the development of insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia in patients with chronic kidney disease.Upon the emergence of insulin resistance,renal function begins to decline,manifesting as pre-receptor,receptor and post-receptor IR and the abnormality in secretion,utilization and inactivation of insulin.
