摘要 胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)在体内可发挥多种生物学作用,在应用于2型糖尿病及肥胖的防治中,除作用于胰岛β细胞发挥一系列生物学作用外,GLP-1对脂肪细胞的功能也有调节作用。具体体现在GLP-1对脂肪细胞糖代谢、脂质代谢及脂肪细胞因子表达的影响。GLP-1对脂肪细胞的这些作用可更全面地解释其治疗2型糖尿病的作用机制。 Glucagon-like peptide 1（GLP-1）can play a variety of biological effects in vivo.In addition to acting on pancreatic β cells in type 2 diabetes and obesity prevention,GLP-1 may regulate the function of adipocytes.In particularly the effects of GLP-1 on glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and adipocytokine expression of adipocytes.These effects of GLP-1 on adipocytes will contribute to explaining the mechanism of action of GLP-1 for the therapy of type 2 diabetes.
