摘要 重组活化凝血因子Ⅶa(rFⅦa)作为一种强效的止血剂能够有效地减少超早期脑出血的血肿体积继续扩大。然而,近年来的研究显示,rFⅦa可以通过促进凝血酶的产生,减少红细胞裂解以及减少细胞凋亡酶的生成等途径抑制脑出血后神经细胞凋亡,发挥神经保护作用。 Recombinant factor Ⅶa(rFⅦa)were well known as an effective hemostatic agent because it can reduce the hematomas enlargement at the superacute stage in cerebral hemorrhage.Howere,recent investigations showed that rFⅦa could play neuroprotective role by inhibiting the neuronal apoptosis surrounding the hematomas and lead to neural protection through promoting thrombin production,reducing red cell splitting and suppressing caspase generation.
