摘要
脑卒中合并脑心综合征对心脏造成不良影响已受到人们的广泛关注。在临床观察中,急性脑卒中患者常常伴发心电图及心肌酶的异常变化,这些变化与卒中发生的部位、性质、程度等密切相关,从而影响患者的预后。现通过阐述这种异常变化的可能机制及研究意义,进一步指导临床对患者病情及预后进行评估。
Most acute cerebral stroke patients are complicated with brain-heart syndrome,raising clinical concerns due to the negative effects on cardiac functions.In most clinical researches,the patients suffering brain-heart syndrome often exhibit the changes in cardiac enzymes and electrocardiogram,which are often closely related to the stroke location,nature and extent,influencing the prognosis of patients.This review aims at illustrate the possible mechanisms and significance of these changes,to evaluate the patients′ condition and prognosis.
