摘要
以窄带成像技术、智能电子分光比色技术、I-Scan为代表的一组特殊光学处理成像技术,突现消化道黏膜表层的毛细血管和腺管开口等微细形态,从而发现传统内镜下无法显示的病灶及组织特征,为内镜下精确的诊断和活检提供可靠的依据,以提高异型增生和癌组织的检出率。现就具有特殊光学处理成像技术的上述三种内镜的工作原理及其在消化道疾病诊疗方面的发展情况和研究应用予以综述。
The newly developed specific optical processing image-enhanced technologies,including narrow-band imaging(NBI),Fujinon intelligent chromoendoscopy(FICE)and I-Scan,have been available to improve the endoscopic presentation of gastrointestinal lesions by enhancing the visualization of the mucosal capillary architectures and pit patterns,which cannot be afforded by conventional endoscopy.Thus,the specific optical processing image-enhanced technologies may help in the precise diagnosis and targeted biopsy of high-grade dysplasia and carcinoma.In this article,we review the concepts and the principles of these three above imaging systems and their clinical applications in digestive diseases.
