依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效的荟萃分析

Meta-analysis on the Effect of Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Edaravone

目的系统评价依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法检索并选取公开发表的关于依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死随机对照临床试验文献,利用RevMan4.2软件对国内2004～2010年公开发表的16篇文献进行荟萃分析。结果共有16项研究符合纳入标准,与对照组比较,依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的率比(RR)合并值为1.23(95%的可信区间为1.17～1.29)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死有明显改善神经功能缺损的作用。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Meta-analysis.Methods Search and select the published randomized controlled trial literature about edravone in treating acute cerebral infraction.16 studies which from 2004 to 2010 of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction were analyzed by Revman 4.2 software.Results 16 researches accorded with the including criteria.Comparing with the control group,the treatment group had 1.23 relative ratio [RR,95% confidence intervals was1.17-1.29].Conclusion Meta analysis displayed,edaravone is effective for acute cerebral infarction and it can improve the role of neurological deficit.
