181例婴儿神经心理发育分析

Analysis of Neuropsychological Development in 181 Infants

目的了解婴儿不同月龄的神经心理发育水平。方法采用《0～6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》测查181例婴儿7月龄和12月龄时的发育商(DQ)。结果 7月龄男、女童各能区及总DQ水平差异无统计学意义,而12月龄女童适应能力、语言能区的DQ值及总DQ均高于男童且差异有统计学意义;男童12月龄社会行为与7月龄比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.382,P<0.01);女童12月龄的适应能力、语言、社会行为的DQ分值与7月龄比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);7、12月龄男、女童聪明率无统计学差异。结论不同月龄小儿各能区发育DQ具有不同特点;性别可能对DQ有一定影响。

Objective To evaluate the neuropsychological development in different month infants.Methods According to the neuropsychological examination table under 6 years.Developmental quotient of 181 infants were measured in 7 and 12 months.Results There were not statistically significant between the boys and girls of 7 months in developmental quotient level（P〉0.05）.There were statistically significant in the adaptation-ability,language and developmental quotient items between girls and boys of 12 months（P〈0.01）and the scores of girls was higher than boys.There were statistically significant in the social behavior item between the boys of 12 and 7months （t=6.382,P〈0.01）.There were statistically significant in the adaptation-ability,language and social behavior items between the girls of 12 and 7months（P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）.There were not statistically significant between the boys and girls of 7 months in the rate of clever in intellectual development as same the 12 months.Conclusion There were different characteristics in developmental quotient of different month infants;The sex may influence the developmental quotient.
