铝在磷酸中恒压阳极氧化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用恒压电解法,对铝在磷酸中的阳极氧化过程进行了研究。通过透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察了阳极氧化膜的结构特征。结果表明,随着电解电压的升高,阻挡层厚度、多孔层胞径、孔径均线性增加。 Anodization process of aluminum in phosphoric acid has been investigated at constant voltage. The morphology of anodic film was observed by means of TEM and SEM. The results show that with the increase in voltage, the thickness of barrier film, the cell and pore diameter of porous film all increase linearly. The reason is associated with ionic migration.
