摘要
介绍耐热级SMA/ABS工程塑料合金的制备和性能,研究了SMA、ABS配比、增韧剂对合金性能的影响。结果表明,SMA的加入使冲击强度下降,但加入增韧剂可提高合金的冲击强度达到或超过ABS水平,当SMA∶增韧剂∶ABS=50∶25∶25时,缺口冲击强度可达200J/m。已推出通用级E-220用于PC改性、耐热级H251用于耐热要求的家电。
The preparation and property of heat resistant SMA/ABS engineering plastics alloys are introduced.The effects of composition ratio of SMA and ABS and that of toughening agent on the property of the alloy were studied.The results showed the use of SMA decreased the impact strength of the alloy,but the use of toughening agent made the impact strength increased or better than that of ABS.When the composition ratio of SMA/toughening agent/ABS was 502525,the notched impact strength of the alloy was about 200J/m.Sunny Co has now produced common grade E220 for PC modification,heat resistant grade H251 for apparatus and glass fiber reinforced grade 251G for car part.
