摘要
介绍耐热级ＳＭＡ／ＡＢＳ工程塑料合金的制备和性能，研究了ＳＭＡ、ＡＢＳ配比、增韧剂对合金性能的影响。结果表明，ＳＭＡ的加入使冲击强度下降，但加入增韧剂可提高合金的冲击强度达到或超过ＡＢＳ水平，当ＳＭＡ∶增韧剂∶ＡＢＳ＝５０∶２５∶２５时，缺口冲击强度可达２００Ｊ／ｍ。已推出通用级Ｅ－２２０用于ＰＣ改性、耐热级Ｈ２５１用于耐热要求的家电。
The preparation and property of heat resistant SMA/ABS engineering plastics alloys are introduced.The effects of composition ratio of SMA and ABS and that of toughening agent on the property of the alloy were studied.The results showed the use of SMA decreased the impact strength of the alloy,but the use of toughening agent made the impact strength increased or better than that of ABS.When the composition ratio of SMA/toughening agent/ABS was 502525,the notched impact strength of the alloy was about 200J/m.Sunny Co has now produced common grade E220 for PC modification,heat resistant grade H251 for apparatus and glass fiber reinforced grade 251G for car part.
