摘要
采用正交试验得到白腐真菌降解苯胺废水的条件为:投菌强度为0.27 mL.L/mg,温度为35℃,降解时间为24 h。利用白腐真菌在最佳生化条件下降解苯胺废水,通过Origin软件自定义Monod方程对试验数据拟合,得到该反应的动力学参数:最大速率系数Ks=43.38 mg/L,最大降解速率k=2.47 mg/(L.h)。曲线拟合相关性系数R2=0.98。
The optimal parameters of aniline wastewater treated by white rot fungus with orthogonal experiments are as follows: bacteria strength is 0.27 mL·L/mg;temperature is 35 ℃;reaction time is 24 hours.Aniline wastewater is degraded by white rot fungus in optimal condition.We obtain such kinetic parameters of experiments: Saturated reaction ratio costant K_s is 43.38 mg/L,max reaction ratio k is 2.47 mg/(Loh).The determination coefficient R2 square is 0.98.
