中小学教师职业承诺的现状及其对职业枯竭的影响 被引量:3

The Present Status Quo of Elementary and High School Teachers' Occupatonal Commitment and Their Impact on the Teachers' Job Burnout

摘要 采用问卷法对493名中小学教师进行测查,考察中小学教师职业承诺的现状及其对职业枯竭的影响。结果表明:(1)中小学教师职业承诺处于中等水平。(2)教龄5年以下的教师、职称最低的教师、新手型教师、未婚教师的职业承诺最高;高中教师职业承诺最低。(3)中小学教师职业承诺能够显著预测职业枯竭。 This study aims at the present status quo of elemantary and high school teachers' occupational commitment, as well as their impact on teachers' job burnout. 493 elemantary and high school teachers were measured by questionnaires. The results showed that: (l)Elemantary and high school teachers have moderate level of occupational commitment; (2)The teachers whose school age lower than 5 years, the teachers who have lowest professional post, novice teachers and single teaehers's occupational commitment are very high. Senior high school teachers' occupational commitment are very low. (3)Elemantary and high school teachers' occupational commitment can significantly oredict their lob burnout.
