摘要
本文简要介绍了大连橡胶塑料机械厂开发研制的大型双螺杆压片挤出机的主要技术参数、国内外水平和结构特点。经实际使用验证，该机具有产量高、吃料速度快、冷却效果好和自动化程度高等优点，且各项技术性能均能满足生产工艺要求。
In this article,the main technical parametersthe technical level at domestic and aboard and structural properties of the development and manufacturing of large size of double screw sheeting extruder developed and manufactured by Dalian Rubber and Plastics Machinery Plant.After it is tested and verified by actual practice,this machine has the advantages of high output,fast feeding,excellent cooling effects and higher automation level,and each technical property can match with the requirement of production process.
