摘要
分别从光学性能、分散性能、流变性能、力学性能等四个方面考察了机械活化方法处理钛白粉在色母粒中应用的可行性。结果表明,采用新型处理方法处理钛白粉在节省20%~30%钛白粉用量的情况下,仍能达到含有等量未处理钛白粉的着色效果。此外,这种钛白粉在分散性能、流变性能、力学性能等方面都具有优良的使用性能。因此,机械活化方法处理钛白粉应用于色母粒不仅可以降低成本,而且在技术上也是可行的。
The viability of mechanical
motivation treated TiO 2 was investigated in respect of
optical,dispersing,rheological,mechanical properties.The study results demonstrated that equal
coloring effects could be achieved on the condition that about 20%~30% untreated TiO 2 was
saved via mechanical motivation treating.Furthermore,this kind of novel TiO 2 had excellent
properties in dispersing,rheology and mechanics.Therefore,the application of mechanical
motivation treated TiO 2 in color masterbatch not only could reduce the cost of production,but
also was viable in technology.
