摘要
研究用降解剂、成核剂和光泽剂为主要助剂提高聚丙烯光泽度,其中,成核剂效果最好,添加量达到03%时,光泽度的提高趋于平缓,光泽剂添加量15%为最佳。与其它助剂相比,无机物对表面光泽度有一定影响。在降解剂、成核剂、光泽剂分别加入量为0006%、03%、10%~15%时,三者有较好的协同作用,材料的表面光泽度达到最佳值146,超过ABS的表面光泽度。
Degradable,nucleation and
glossy agent were employed in PP to improve its glossiness.The experiment results showed
that the nucleation agent was the most effective.When nucleation was added 0 3%,the
glossiness tended to stableness.The most effective rang of glossy agent was 1 0%~1 5%.The
inorganic substance had certain effect on the surface gloss.When adding 0 006% degradables,
0 3% nucleation and 1 0%~1 5% glossy agent,the glossiness of PP was 146.It was optimum
and higher than ABS.
