综合技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响分析

Study on the Effects of Comprehensive Social Training on Inpatients With Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨综合技能训练对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法对100例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,训练组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗、护理,训练组则在常规治疗护理基础上进行技能及康复训练。于训练前和训练后8周、16周分别用精神症状阳性和阴性量表及社会功能评定量表进行评定。结果训练后8周、16周,经统计学分析,训练组与对照组有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,服药依从性高于对照组。结论综合技能训练有利于改善精神分裂证患者的精神症状,减轻精神功能衰退,恢复重返社会生活的能力,提高服药依从性,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive social skills training on inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.Method 100 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into training group and control group,each 50 patients.Comprehensive social skills training and rehabilitation training were adopted only in training group,and the routine treatment and nursing care were carried out in both of two groups at the same time.Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms （SAPS）,Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms （SANS）,and Disability Assessment Schedule （DAS） were used to assess patients at 8 and 16 week of the training.Result The difference had statistical significance between two groups （P0.05）.The training group had higher drug compliance compared with the control group.Conclusion comprehensive social skills training helps to improve psychotic symptoms,slow down apsychosis,regain social adaptability,boost drug compliance,and reduce recurrence rate.
