摘要 目的观察ALA-PDT(5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力学疗法)治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法尖锐湿疣患者128例,随机分为治疗组68例和对照组60例。治疗组采用ALA-PDT治疗,对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗,治疗结束后第30d观察疗效。对治愈的患者观察半年后是否复发。结果治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组(P〈0.01),复发率亦低于对照组(P=0.038)。结论 ALD-PDT治疗尖锐湿疣效果优于液氮冷冻。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy that 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy treats CA (condyloma acuminatum).Methods In this study,128 patients with CAwere randomly divided into the treatment group which contained 68patients and the others were the control group.the treatment group took treatment with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic while the later one with liquid nitrogen frozen.observing the therapeutic effect after 30 days later and whether the patients recured after six months.Results the theatment group had a obviously higher curative radio (P 0.01),lower recurrernce rate (P=0.038) Conclusion the 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy might be more effective than the liquid nitrogen frozen of CA.
