经内镜高频电凝切除大肠息肉602例临床分析

High frequency Electrocoagulation for Colorectal Polyps under Colonoscopy ： An Analysis of 602 cases

目的探讨应用高频电凝在结肠镜下摘除大肠息肉的临床疗效和安全性。方法共检查患者627例,已除外活检已癌变未行内镜切除而转外科手术的病例,共收纳入本组的息肉872枚。根据息肉大小及有无蒂而选用不同的方法。结果 ：本组872例息肉均予高频电凝切除,其中有蒂及部分亚蒂息肉予圈套切除,其余予凝固烧灼切除,2例因切除标本癌变而转外科补充手术。本组并发症有出血（1.44%）,轻微腹痛（8.33%）,其中2例因出血而转外科手术后痊愈,无一例穿孔。结论高频电凝治疗大肠息肉是安全有效的方法。

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of high frequency electrocoagulation for colorectal polyps under colonoscopy.Methods 602 patients with 847 polyps were treated by high frequency electrocoagulation under colonoscopy .Except those that had malignant change .and the prope polypectomy was selected according to the size and root of the lesions.Results 847 polyps were successfully treated ,the pedunculated and subpedunculated polyps were removed by the high frequency snare,and the others were cauterized by high frequency electrocoagulation.2 patients were requested to surgery for opration because of the cancerous resected specimens.The complications ： hemorrhage （1.44%）and light abdominal pain（8.33%）,2 cases with delayed hemorrhage were performed operation.There was no perforation in all the cases.Conclusions High frequency electrocoagulation is an safe and effective therapy for colorectal polyps
