皮肤扩张术在头面部缺损修复的应用

Application of Skin Exoansion in the Head and Face Defects Surgery

目的探索皮肤扩张术在头、面部手术缺损修复中的效果。方法采用皮肤扩张器在邻近病变部位扩张皮肤,利用扩张皮瓣修复头、面部皮肤病变切除术后的创面。结果利用扩张器的方法不仅去除了头面部疾病,同时修复了容貌。结论扩张器法治疗头面部疾病、修复治疗后缺损,是众多方法中理想的手术方法。

Objective Skin expansion in the head and face defects surgery.Methods Using the skin expander expansion in the neighboring skin lesions,using expanded flap head and facial wounds after excision of skin lesion.Results The method of expansion devices in addition to the head and face not only to disease,while fixed appearance.Conclusion The treatment of head and face dilator disease,repair defects after treatment,is one of many ways the ideal surgical method.
