摘要
研究了催化剂体系,添加剂种类、配比与聚丙烯(PP)性能的关系,并工业化生产了高刚性高耐热均聚PP K1712,K1735。产品的弯曲模量分别达到2 010,2 210 MPa;负荷变形温度分别达128,131℃;刚性、耐热性能均与进口试样接近。
The dependence of polypropylene(PP) properties on catalytic system and type and ratio of additives was studied; the grade PP K1712 and K1735 with high rigidity and high heat resistance were industrially produced. The two products' bending modulus reached 2 010, 2 210 MPa respectively and load-distortion temperatures attained 128, 131 ℃, respectively. The rigidity and anti-heat performance of the PP resins were close to those of the imported specimens.
