摘要
研究了管式法聚乙烯装置上开发的吹塑薄膜级低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)LD608的各项性能,并与LDPE1F7B进行了对比。结果表明:两者熔体流动速率相当,而LD608拉伸性能较高,加工适应性好;用LD608吹制的薄膜光学性能优良、开口性能好,更适用于复合基材膜及橡胶包装膜的加工,是优良的吹塑薄膜级LDPE树脂。
This paper studied properties of the blown film grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) LD608 produced with tubular process, and compared it with LDPE 1F7B produced with autoclave process. The results show that the two resins possess similar melt flow rate, whereas LD608 has higher mechanical strength and good processing adaptability. The blown films made of LD608 exhibit superior optical and good anti-block properties. Therefore, LD608 is more suitably used for manufacturing lining film of rubber's package and base material of composite film. LD608 is an exeellent blown film grade LDPE resin.
