美洲斑潜蝇室内药剂筛选及温室防治试验

Laboratory Bioassay and Greenhouse Application of Insecticides Against Vegetable Leafminer ( Liriomyza sativae Blanchard)

室内以美洲斑潜蝇为试虫对１５种有代表性的杀虫剂用波特喷雾塔喷雾法进行了毒力测定，结果表明阿维菌素、来福灵、灭蝇胺、毒死蜱、甲基毒死蜱等对美洲斑潜蝇具有较高的毒力，优于目前常用的氧乐果、敌敌畏等。在此基础上选择几种单剂及复配制剂进行的温室防治试验表明阿维菌素及其复配制剂、毒死蜱及其复配制剂均表现了较好的防效，具有很好的应用前景。

insecticides were tested in laboratory against vegetable leafminer(Liriomyza sativae Blanchard)with spraying method using Potter's spraying tower.Abamectin showed the highest toxicity followed with esfenvalate,cyromazine(IGR),chlorpyrifos and methyl-chlorpyrifos.All these are better than two commonly used organophosphorous insecticides omethoate and DDVP.Greenhouse application also demonstrated abamectin and its mixtures,chlorpyrifos and its mixture showed satisfied efficacy and had good prospect for application.
