冬季马铃薯实生种子日光温室育苗移栽技术 被引量:2

Raising Seedling and Transplantation Technique in Heliogreenhouse of Potato Seeds in Winter

摘要 利用冬季进行马铃薯实生种子育苗,可以加快育种进程,但由于冬季气温偏低,对实生苗生长影响很大。我们使用1 500 mg·L-1赤霉素溶液浸种24 h,有效地打破了当年采收马铃薯实生种子的休眠,使当年采收的实生种子的发芽率超过80%;并在日光温室内使用小拱棚控制温度和湿度,有效地防止了低温冷害;移栽前浇透水,减少了对根的损伤,使实生苗移栽的成活率达到100%。 The breeding process can be accelerated when potato seedlings from hybrid seeds were raised in winter.But the low temperature in winter has the great influence on the growth of seedlings.Potato seeds were soaked by using 1500 mg.L-1 gibberellin solution for 24 hours.The dormancy of potato seeds harvested in the same year were broken effectively,and the germination percentage of more than 80% was reached.The small plastic tunnel was set up to control the temperature and humidity in the heliogreenhouse and effectively avoid the cold injury.Before transplanting,the seedlings were watered fully to reduce the damage of seedling roots and guarantee 100% survival rate of transplanted seedlings.
