摘要
研究了不同温度贮存旧报纸的脱墨效果以及脱墨浆的大胶黏物含量和胶体物质含量,讨论了贮存温度与脱墨剂用量和浮选时间的关系。正交实验分析表明,对于旧报纸脱墨效果和浆中黏性物质含量来说,贮存温度的影响大于脱墨剂用量和浮选时间。-10℃贮存的旧报纸可以获得较好的脱墨效果。贮存温度会在相当程度上影响着大胶黏物的黏弹性状态,进而关联到纸浆悬浮液中呈胶体状态存在的物质含量。20℃贮存的旧报纸脱墨制浆后,含有较多的大胶黏物和较少的胶体物质,35℃下贮存旧报纸制浆后的数值居中,-10℃下贮存的旧报纸制浆后含有较少的大胶黏物和较多的胶体物质。
Effects of storage temperature of old newspaper on its deinking performance and the content of sticky contaminants in the deinked pulps were studied in this paper.Furthermore,deinking chemicals dosage and flotation time were investigated via the orthogonal experimental design,and factors influencing deinking process and stickies behaviors were discussed.Results showed that the storage temperature affected significantly the deinking process and stickies content.ONP stored under -10℃has good deinking performance.More macro stickies and less colloid substances in DIP are found for the ONP stored under 20℃,while less macro stickies and more colloid substances are found in the samples stored under -10℃.
