摘要
以手机注塑模浇口位置的优化设计为例,深入地探讨了有限元模型转换代替几何模型转换的方法,实现了有限元模型从CAD系统到CAE系统方便快捷的"零失真"转换,利用Moldflow软件进行模拟,获取训练样本,结合混合遗传算法,实现了浇口位置的优化。
The optimization model for mobile phone shell gate location was estavlished, and a substituting finite element model transformation for geometry model transformation was discussed in depth. The finite element model was successfully transformed from CAD system to CAE system in "nought distortion". The training-data were acquired through the Moldflow simulation. Combining hybrid genetic algorithm, the optimization of gate location was achieved.
