By analyzing the internal and external surface of the plastic structure, the design features of the plastic parts with screw thread were described, the options of the parting, the number of mold cavities , pouring system and the design of institutions were discussed. Adopting gear,rack automatic withdrawal thread die structure was confirmed. The mold had the characteristic of simple structure and low cost, it could ensure product quality and be suitable for mass production.
