摘要
采用模拟分析和正交实验相结合的方法,从材料和工艺参数两方面对微型齿轮成型过程中产生的翘曲问题进行研究,得到不同材料如聚甲醛(POM)、聚丙烯(PP)、(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)微型齿轮的最佳成型工艺条件,以及各个工艺参数对翘曲的影响程度。确定了影响POM齿轮翘曲的主要因素为注射速率和保压压力,影响ABS齿轮翘曲的主要因素为保压压力,影响PP齿轮翘曲的主要因素为保压压力、模具温度和熔体温度。通过对信噪比的计算得到了最佳工艺组合,在此工艺组合条件下,三种材料的齿轮最大翘曲量均在微米级以下,基本上达到微型齿轮的精度要求。
The warpage problems of the micro-gear occured during the molding process were researched from the material and technical parameter by using simulate analysis combination with orthogonal experiment.The optimal molding condition and the affecting degree of technical parameter on the warpage of micro-gears made by different materials(POM,PP,ABS) were gained.These were confirmed that the main factors affecting the warpape of POM gear were injection rate and packing pressure,the main factor affecting the warpape of ABS gear was packing presure,and the main factors affecting the warpape of PP gear were packing presure,mold temperature and melt temperature.The best technical combinations were obtained by calculating the signal-to-noise ratio,and the max warpage values of micro-gears made by the three materials were below micron and achieved the precision requirement of micro-gears basically.
