摘要
从原料的选择、结构设计等方面对汽车动力转向油罐用塑料托套进行了研究,并测试了塑料托套的阻隔性能和密封性,最后将其与金属托套在工时和成本上进行了对比。结果表明,采用15%玻璃纤维增强的尼龙6制造的塑料托套具有较好的阻隔性能和密封性,完全满足使用要求,其与金属托套相比,具有少的工时和较低的成本。
The automotive power steering fluid reservoir plastic pallet was studied from raw material selection and the structure design etc.The barrier property and sealing performance of the plastic pallet were tested,then the labor hour and cost of plastic pallet were contrasted with those of the metal pallet.The results indicated that the plastic pallet adopting glass fiber(mass fraction was 15%) reinforcing PA6 had better barrier property and sealing performance and met the using requirement entirely.Comparing with the metal pallet,the plastic pallet had less working procedure and lower cost.
