三螺杆双阶机在PVC电缆料生产中的应用

APPLICATION OF THREE-SCREW TWO-STAGE EXTRUDER IN PVC CABLE MATERIAL PRODUCTION

介绍了石家庄德倍隆科技有限公司生产的三螺杆双阶挤出机的特点和优势,然后利用该机进行了聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料的挤出试验,在能耗、产量及电缆料外观与性能方面与某双螺杆双阶挤出机进行了比较。结果表明,相比于双螺杆双阶挤出机,三螺杆双阶挤出机具有更低的能耗、更高的产量,所生产的PVC电缆料具有更好的外观和性能。

The characteristic and predominance of three-screw two-stage extruder made in Debeilong Technology Co.Ltd.were introduced,then the production experiments of PVC cable material were done by the extruder.The three-screw extruder was compared with some two-screw two-stage extruder in the aspect of energy consumption,yield,appearance and properties of cable material.The results showed that comparing with two-screw two-stage extruder,three-screw two-stage extruder had lower energy consumption and higher yield,and the PVC cable material prepared by the three-screw extruder had better appearance and properties.
