摘要
对等离子体聚合物作为生物传感器敏感膜的最新研究进展进行了讨论。重点综述了蛋白质和抗体在各种等离子体聚合物上的吸附,以及DNA在等离子体聚合物薄膜上的固定,并对未来等离子体聚合物作为生物材料的应用前景进行了展望。
The newest developments in the research of plasma polymer applied as sensitive layers of biosensors were discussed.The adsorption of proteins and antibodies and the immobilization of DNA on the plasma polymers were summarized emphasisly.The future developments of plasma polymers applied as the biomaterials were prospected.
