摘要
目的：观察力扑素联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法：31例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用力扑素135mg/m2加入5%葡萄糖500ml中,静脉滴注3h,d1;顺铂30mg/m2加入生理盐水500ml中,静脉滴注,d1~d3。21d为1个周期,至少完成2个疗程。结果：总有效率33.2%,初治和复治两组间有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐等,无治疗相关死亡。结论：力扑素联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,不良反应较轻。
Objective：To study the effect and toxicity of the combination of paclitaxel liposome and cisplatin in the chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：31 cases were treated with chemotherapy containing paclitaxel liposome 135mg/m2 iv 3h d1 and cisplatin 30mg/m2 iv 1~3days for at least 2 cycles 21 days per cycle.Results：Total response rate was 32.3%.The major toxicity incuded myelosuppression and nausea/vomiting.No treatment-related death occurred.Significant difference existed between the naive patients and the retreated patients in overall effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：Paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer was a effective and well tolerated reginen.
