摘要
通过共混、原位聚合方法制备尼龙(PA)6/聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料,并利用不同的改性剂改性PA6/PANI复合材料。结果表明,改性复合材料中PANI的微观结构为纳米结构。当采用复合改性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)、1,5-萘二磺酸(1,5-NDA)改性PA6/PANI复合材料时,PANI的分散性最好,且具有较均一的纳米球结构。与未改性PA6/PANI复合材料相比,CTAB-1,5-NDA改性复合材料的电导率有显著提高,当PANI质量分数分别为20%、40%时,复合材料的室温电导率分别可达4.64×10-2S/cm和0.13 S/cm,该复合材料在电极材料方面具有广阔的开发和应用前景。
Polyamide(PA)6/polyaniline(PANI) composites are synthesized by blending and in situ polymerization methods.Different modifiers,such as polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP),sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(DBSNa),1,5-naphthalene disulfonic acid(1,5-NDA),and cetyltrimethylamine bromide(CTAB)-1,5-NDA are used to prepare modified PA6/PANI composites by in situ chemical oxidation polymerization.The experimental results show that the microstructure of PANI in composites is nanostructure(nanosphere,short nanotubes and nanowires).PANI with homogenous nanosphere structure provides the best dispersity in CTAB-1,5-NDA modified composites.Among all the modified composites,compared with the unmodified composites,the electrical conductivity of CTAB-1,5-NDA modified composites is highly increased.The electrical conductivity of the composites can achieve 4.64×10^-2S/cm and 0.13 S/cm when the weight content of PANI reaches 20% and 40%,respectively.The composites have wide development and application prospect in electrode material.
