摘要
我国国家标准《工程塑料模塑塑料件尺寸公差标准》中塑料件基本尺寸与公差的关系由大量实测数据统计获得。经分析发现,这套数据具有高度的数学规律性,可由一套数学式完整地表达。数学式的计算值与实测值高度符合。由计算做出的预测值也与实测值吻合程度高。这种数学式表达突破了原分离数据表达的局限,在多方面具有重要意义。
In the national standard《The standard of engineering plastics parts dimensional tolerance》,the relationship between fundamental dimensions and tolerance of plastic parts is obtained from a mass of actual statistical data.After analysis it was finded that this set of data is in accordance with a definite mathematical rule largely and can be expressed by a set of mathematical formula perfectly.The result of the formula is similar to actual statistical data.The predicted value obtained from the formula is similar to actual statistical data too.These mathematical formulas are significant because the separated data in the national standard have limitations.
