摘要
利用自制电解槽电解KF·2HF电解液可制得氟气,将其净化后再与鳞片石墨、人造石墨和土状石墨分别进行反应,保持温度500℃,并经15h连续不断的反应,可合成制得3种氟化石墨。测试结果表明:鳞片石墨合成的氟化石墨在红外光谱波数1219cm-1处吸收谱峰强度大于另外两种氟化石墨,且其真密度、含氟量、电阻率最高。因此,作为合成氟化石墨的原料。
In a
self made electrolyzer device,a fluorine gas was prepared from electrolyte KF·2HF by the
technique of electrolysis.Under our experiment conditions (synthesis time is 15
hours,temperature is 500℃),three types of graphite fluoride were successfully synthesized by
the separate reaction of three different graphite (scaly,artificial,earthy) with the purified fluorine
gas.The experimental result show that the absorption peak strength of the graphite fluoride
synthesized using a scaly graphite at IR spectra wave number 1219cm -1 is larger than that
other two graphite fluoride,as well as,its real density,fluorine content and resistivity have the
best values of three types graphite fluoride. As raw materials of synthesizing graphite
fluoride,the scaly graphite had superiority over artificial graphite and earthy graphite.
