摘要
目的评价《小学生健康知识数学练习题》使用效果,为学校、教师和学生、家长接受健康教育提供促成因素,使学校健康教育成为教育机构的自觉行动。方法选取舟山市定海区和普陀区部分小学六年级学生1208名,分为实验组(652人)与对照组(556人)。将同一内容的健康知识分别编辑成"数学练习题"和"宣传单",实验组使用"练习题"做习题,对照组使用"宣传单"进行阅读学习。使用前、后分别对实验组和对照组进行基线和终末问卷调查。结果使用"练习题"和"宣传单"后,小学生相关健康知识知晓率均有明显提高,实验组由使用前的12.6%提高到24.3%,对照组由使用前的13.6%提高到21.0%;实验组比对照组提高幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论使用《小学生健康知识数学练习题》进行健康教育数学学科渗透,比一般的健康教育方法效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of "maths exercises of primary health knowledge" and to provide contributing factors for schools,teachers,students and parents to receive health education,to make the school health education as an education authorities' initiative.Methods The same content health knowledge was compiled into a health knowledge "maths exercises" or "fliers".The experimental group did the "exercises",while the control group used the "fliers".The baseline and the terminal survey were used to investigate the effect before and after the experiment between the experimental group and control group.Results After using "exercises" or "fliers",the awareness rate of related health knowledge were significantly increased in the experimental group from 12.6% to 24.3% and the control group from 13.6% to 21.0%.The differences between two groups were significantly different(P0.01).Conclusion The method of using "Maths exercises of primary health knowledge" in health education interact with mathematics produces a better effect than general methods.
