高校心理咨询设置情况及相关因素分析

Investigation and Analysis to the Setting and Other Factors That Affect the Counseling Effect in Colleges and Universities

目的调查高校心理咨询设置状况及影响咨询效果的因素,为更好地开展高校心理咨询提供依据。方法自设问卷对34所大学的87名高校心理咨询师、1013名在校大学生以及57名大学生心理障碍患者进行调查。结果 41.2%的高校心理咨询室位于学生工作办公室附近,32.4%安置在教室附近;筛选出102名有学校咨询经历的大学生中,71.2%的学生担心隐私泄漏,90.2%的学生认为心理咨询时有心理压力,89.2%的学生认为心理疾病难以启齿,90.1%的学生认为咨询师的身份是"老师",61.4%的学生在咨询时没有说出问题相关全部实情,78.4%的学生自行终止咨询,高校咨询服务均为免费。结论高校心理咨询设置有许多影响咨询效果的因素,咨询师与学生的"师生"关系,心理咨询室的地理位置,咨询的免费服务等因素都影响心理咨询的效果。

Objective To investigate the setting of psychological counseling in colleges and universities and the related factors that affect the counseling effect,and to provide evidence for the counseling.Methods Totally 34 universities,87 college psychologist,1 013 college students,as well as 57 university students who were suffering psychological disorders were investigated.Results About 41.2% of college counseling room was located near the office of Student Affairs,32.4% placed in the vicinity of the classroom.Among 102 students having experienced psychological counseling,71.2% of students were afraid of that the privacy would be blabbed,90.2% of students considered that psychological counseling brought mental pressure,89.2% of the students felt shamed of psychological disorders,90.1% of students considered that the psychologists had the identity of teachers.61.4% of students couldn＇t be openhearted facing the counseling psychologist,and 78.4% of the students terminate the consultation on their own.Conclusion There are many factors about the setting of college psychological counseling that influence the effect,the ＂teacher-student＂ relationship between the consultants and the students,the geographical position of counseling room,the stigma of mental disorders,counseling free services and other factors affect the effect.
