摘要
目的了解中小学校长职业倦怠的状况及其与人格特征的关系,为预防和降低中小学校长职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用职业倦怠量表和简式艾森克人格问卷对黔西南州160名中小学校长进行调查。结果不同性别的中小学校长在情绪衰竭和低成就感上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄阶段的中小学校长在情绪衰竭、人格解体和职业倦怠总体上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同学历的中小学校长在情绪衰竭和职业倦怠总体上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除低成就感外,内外向(P<0.05)和神经质(P<0.01)可以显著预测中小学校长的职业倦怠水平。结论预防中小学校长的职业倦怠时,应当考虑人格特征对其职业倦怠的影响作用。
Objective To understand the current situation of burnout among principals and its relationship with personality,and to provide an aid for intervention of burnout problem.Methods Maslash burnout inventory and eysenck personality questionnaire were examined in 160 primary and secondary school principals.Results There were significant differences between male and female principals in exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment(P0.01).There were significant differences between different levels of age's principals in exhaustion,depersonalization and overall burnout(P0.01).There were significant differences between principals in different levels of education in exhaustion and overall burnout(P0.05).Principals' introversion-extroversion and neuroticism was significant predictor of its burnout.Conclusion The principals' burnout is relatively low,and should take the personality into consideration.
