The clinical evaluation of Morcher 50C artificial iris treating cataract and coloboma of iris

目的探讨Morcher 50C型人工虹膜植入联合白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入治疗白内障合并无虹膜及严重的虹膜缺损的方法和效果。方法 14例(16眼)白内障摘出囊袋内植入Morcher 50C型人工虹膜后再植入折叠式人工晶状体,术后观察3～6个月。结果 16眼术后瞳孔直径5.5mm,视功能恢复良好。结论 Morcher50C型人工虹膜可以作为治疗外伤及其他原因引起的无虹膜及严重虹膜缺损合并白内障的有效方法,可以避免术后复视、眩光等症状,恢复最佳视功能。

Objective With Morcher 50C artificial iris combined cataract surgery and IOL implantation to treat cataract and coloboma of iris to make the patient’s pupil recover to 5. 5 mm and the visual function recover to the best. Methods Morcher 50C artificial iris instracapsular implantation first and folded IOL implantation later after cataract surgery. Results The pupil diameter is 3-4 mm in 14 cases（16 eyes） after surgery. Patients satisfied with the best visual function’s recover. Conclusion Morcher 50C artificial iris can be a effective method to treat cataract and coloboma of iris caused by trauma and else reasons,may effective avoid diplopia、glare and so on after surgery,recover the best visual function.
