新鲜羊膜移植治疗早期眼表烧伤的临床观察 被引量:3

A clinical study on fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for early ocular surface bum

摘要 目的评价新鲜羊膜移植治疗早期眼表烧伤的临床疗效。方法住院眼表烧伤早期新鲜羊膜移植术63例(98眼),包括碱烧伤22例(32眼),酸烧伤27例(40眼),热烧伤14例(26眼)。术后观察3个月。结果 98眼中81眼1次手术成功,17眼2次手术成功。术后7d后植片逐渐透明,视力增加。术后视力(含矫正视力)0.05~0.1者15眼,占15.31%;0.15~0.25者27眼,占27.55%;视力≥0.3者56眼,占57.14%。视力最好为1.0。92眼角膜无新生血管,47眼角膜完全恢复透明。结论新鲜羊膜移植可有效地应用于眼表烧伤,并获得良好的效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of early ocular surface burns treated by fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. Methods 63 patients who were in hospital chose amniotic membrane transplantation to treat their 98 eyes of early ocular surface bums,including 22 cases of alkali bums (32 eyes) ,27 cases of acid bums ( 40 eyes) and 22 cases of thermal bums (26 eyes) . Every patient needed to be observed for three months after Surgery. Results Among the 98 eyes,81 eyes were successfully treated after being operated on once; 17 eyes were successfully treated after being operated on twice. The transplanted amniotic membrane became transparent gradually in 7 days after surgery, and visual acuity became better. 15 (accounted for 15. 31% of the total number) eyes’postoperative visual acuity (including corrected visual acuity) distributed from 0. 05 to 0. 1; 27(accounted for 27. 55% of the total number) eyes’postoperative visual acuity distributed from 0. 15 to 0. 25; 56 ( accounted for 57. 14% of the total number) eyes’postoperative visual acuity distributed equal to or more than 0. 3. The best visual acuity was 1. 0. There was no revascularization in corneal for 92 eyes,and 47 eyes became transparent completely. Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation could be effectively used for the treatment of early ocular surface bums and good results were obtained.
