摘要
目的对甘草中是否存在角鲨烯进行考察。方法以石油醚为溶剂索氏提取,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)定量分析测试甘草种子、根中角鲨烯。结果甘草种子、甘草根中存在角鲨烯,但含量较低。本实验中所采用的HPLC法测定角鲨烯方法是可行的,确定的色谱条件为:Waters Corporation C18,流动相:乙腈∶甲醇=60∶40,检测波长为210 nm,流速为2.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。结论角鲨烯可以考虑作为甘草中一种新的具有高开发利用价值的物质予以深层次开发利用。
Objective To determine squalene in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch by HPLC.MethodsThe oil in root and seed of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.was extracted by Soxhlets extractor with petrolether,squalene was separated by TLC and HPLC.ResultsThe content of squalene in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.was low(in olive and palm about 1.16%).HPLC established in this thesis was suitable to analyze squalene,the HPLC conditions were as follows: column: Waters Corporation C18 column;mobile phase,V(acetonitrile)∶V(methanol)=60∶40;detection wavelength,210nm;flow rate,2ml/min;temperature,30℃.ConclusionThe determination method of aqualene in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fish was established.
